Book your place on Citizen Space Geospatial training - June 2022

We are hosting our Citizen Space training online — meaning you and your colleagues can join from wherever you're currently working. 

This is an opportunity for trainees to book individual places on a price-per-head basis, rather than needing to arrange a dedicated training day for your organisation.

This half-day training session is aimed at users with some existing experience of Citizen Space and will provide all of the information needed to build a Citizen Space Geospatial activity.

Places often get booked up quickly so don't miss out!

Time: 9:30am to 1pm

Training information

During the training we will cover how to :

• Build maps to display information and run effective place-based engagement
   
• Add information and context to your maps by uploading or drawing layers
   
• Add mapping questions and response validation
   
• Consider accessibility when creating activities and surveys with Citizen Space Geospatial
   
• Use Citizen Space for reporting, exporting and analysing your geospatial response data

An agenda for the session will be shared with attendees in advance.

The sessions will be delivered via Zoom, so you must be able to access Zoom in order to attend. If you've not used Zoom before, please check with your IT team in advance of booking your ticket.

Booking information and cancellation policy

You can book a place on the training for £175 + VAT. 

If you book a place and then are no longer able to attend, please let us know asap. You can send another person from your organisation in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded. We will try to accommodate you in a future Geospatial training day, but cannot guarantee this.
