Understanding the activities that run on Citizen Space

Overview

Citizen Space users run a wide range of activities on the platform across a huge variety of democratic processes, from formal statutory consultation through to web forms and quick polls. 

Looking through our Aggregator, we are forever suprised and delighted by the innovative and unexpected ways that people flex the tool's capabilties.

Citizen Space has evolved far beyond a consultation platform, and we have taken the first steps to address this in the product. You may have spotted changes to the terminology on the platform, now referring to the types of activity you can run rather than purely consultation.

Next we want to find out more about how you run these different activities and processes – from design through to reporting – so we can continue to improve the product and ensure Citizen Space continues to be the platform of choice for digital democracy.

What happens next

Alongside this survey we will be doing some interviews with customers (if you're interested in speaking with our product team you can opt in at the end of this survey).

All the research will influence how Delib develops Citizen Space over the coming year; from updates to how activities are organised on the platform through to new product launches.
