Book your place on The Fundamentals of Citizen Space online training sessions: 23rd - 24th April 2025

Overview

We are hosting our Citizen Space training online — meaning you and your colleagues can join from wherever you're currently working. 

This is an opportunity for trainees to book individual places on a price-per-head basis, rather than needing to arrange a dedicated training day for your organisation.

The training is aimed at new users but anyone who uses Citizen Space is invited to attend. This session enables attendees from multiple public sector organisations to learn the fundamentals of designing and building excellent online consultations using Citizen Space. 

Places often get booked up quickly so don't miss out! 

Session details

Dates: Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th April 2025
Time: 10am to 1pm

Training information

Day 1 of the training will cover:

• Introduction to Citizen Space, the user journey, survey design and accessibility top tips
   
• Practical survey build, the different answer components, and ways to provide supporting information
   
• Theming your consultation and adding rich media
   
• Getting ready to publish and checking your work

Day 2 of the training will cover:

• Viewing and analysing your data (reporting, tagging, filtering and grouping)
   
• Reporting back and closing the loop - best practice and good examples

An agenda for the day will be shared with attendees in advance of the session. There will be a short break in the morning on both days. Trainees must attend both sessions.

The sessions will be delivered via Zoom, so you must be able to access Zoom in order to attend. If you've not used Zoom before, please check with your IT team in advance of booking your ticket.

Booking information and cancellation policy

You can book a place on the training for £180 + VAT. 

If you book a place and then are no longer able to attend, please let us know asap. You can send another person from your organisation in your place at no additional cost.

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will be refunded.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded. We will try to accommodate you in a future centralised training day, but cannot guarantee this.
