Delib User Group London 2026

We would love you to join us for our London user group to meet other Delib product users, share best practice and insights, and keep up-to-date with the latest developments through customer shares, Delib presentations, and facilitated discussions. Please use this activity to reserve a space, and submit a new response for each attendee from your organisation.

👥 Who is the user group for?

Anyone using Citizen Space, Dialogue or Simulator.

Attendance is free and tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

📋 What to expect

Whether you've been before or are new to user groups, everyone is welcome.

Expect talks on all things consultation and digital engagement, including:

• Show-and-tell of recent experiences by you, our current users, and review of your processes and challenges
• Q&A and small group discussions
• Updates from us at Delib
• Read about our last User Group in Liverpool December 2025
• Read about our London User Group from May 2025
• Read about our Birmingham User Group from October 2024

☕ Coffee and tea will be available from 10.00am before the event kicks off at 10.30am.

🍽️ Lunch will be provided, so please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

💬 We would love for you to join us after the event for a beverage of your choice at the pub – the first round’s on us!

These sessions work best with real examples so we encourage individuals from attending organisations to give a talk. If you're interested in sharing how you do great engagement activities, or if you have a proven process, please let us know within the activity.

At previous user groups there have been talks on topics like building a quality engagement process, how to structure analysis, digital transformation and managing promotion. We've also had reports of good consultations (and bad ones) and what has been learnt from them, and much more.
