Manatee meeting - your feedback needed

Overview

The manatee meeting has been going for some years now - it's a commitment of time to plan and to take part in, so it seems right that we take a look at whether it's working and whether we need to switch things up a bit.

There are a few purposes to the meeting:

• to create a positive culture in a distributed company (remind each other we're people doing jobs together)
• we need to do both difficult new things and BAU and we need a place to share those things across the company
• we make an impact and we should have a company-wide place to talk about that too

Ben, Eli and I do our best to collate and curate it for the team, but really it's everyone's input and participation that makes it happen and work, or not. 

So, in this very short survey, let's find out if it is or if there are changes needed :)
